Hey guys, i just started learning some C++ and i have visual c++ 2010 express so my question is will code::blocks run to par with it or will there be some errors when compiling if so whats a better program to put with visual?
2.- Oh and what other programs do you use?
3.- Any tips for me?

4.- And darkstar if you read this how did you start off?

If you're learning C++, I would recommend code::blocks over visual c++ as an IDE. It is easier to learn the basics of programming with it, and is less Windows oriented. Tips would be to download some ebooks and read a lot, but also just try things out yourself. When you can't get something to work, google it and find out how the solution you find works. DarkstaR is completely self taught. Started in to programming by learning LUA for OT servers, then went in to VB.NET, and now uses C++.
